Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and describes the basis on which fees paid for the Zync CA service (“Service”) are refundable. By subscribing to a paid plan, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Policy.
1. No refunds on paid subscriptions
All fees paid for any paid subscription of Zync CA are strictly non-refundable. Once a subscription fee — whether monthly or annual, and irrespective of the number of seats purchased — has been charged and successfully received by us, the amount is final and will not be refunded in whole or in part for any reason, including (without limitation):
- non-use, partial use, or under-use of the Service during the billing term;
- cancellation of the subscription before the end of the current billing term;
- downgrade to a lower plan or reduction in the number of active seats;
- dissatisfaction with features, performance, or compatibility with your workflow after purchase;
- account suspension or termination resulting from a breach of the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use policy; or
- inability to use the Service due to factors outside our reasonable control (internet outages, force majeure events, third-party platform issues, etc.).
We encourage you to evaluate Zync CA thoroughly on the free plan before purchasing a paid subscription.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from Settings → Billing inside the application. Cancellation can be initiated:
- Before the current billing term ends — your subscription will remain active and you will continue to enjoy full access to all paid features until the last day of the term you have already paid for. The subscription will then terminate automatically and will not renew. No partial or pro-rata refund is issued for the unused portion of the term.
- When the current billing term ends — you may simply allow the subscription to lapse by cancelling before the auto-renewal date. No further charges will be made.
To avoid being billed for the next term, cancellation must be completed at least one (1) day before the scheduled renewal date.
3. After cancellation
After cancellation, your account will revert to read-only access at the end of the paid term. You may export your firm's data for up to ninety (90) days, after which it will be irreversibly deleted from production systems, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Duplicate or erroneous charges
The only exception to the no-refund rule above is a duplicate or demonstrably erroneous charge attributable to a billing-system error. If you believe you have been charged in error, write to billing@zyncca.com within seven (7) days of the charge with your invoice number and payment reference. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded to the original payment instrument within seven to ten (7–10) business days through Razorpay.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other non-waivable statutory consumer right under applicable Indian law.
